Still Sweet Spiced Ice Cider

The absolute perfect pairing for Stilton, this fortified and spiced Ice Cider is made in snowy Sweden, up near the arctic circle.

This year’s Ember is a blend between barrel aged ice cider from the 2022 vintage and the latest vintage, 2023. The team have striven to combine the best traits from the vintages of Ember so far. This means that the level of alcohol is higher than the latest vintage but lower than Ember’s first vintage. The goal is to create the flavor balance desired from a spiced sweet wine, with all components adding warmth without making the final blend too strong in alcohol. 

It combines the typical ice cider characteristics, the concentrated apple profile, residual sugar and acidity with traditional spices The end result takes its place with very traditional spiced wines of the Nordics and connects to a wider European winter-tradition of glühwein and delicious mulled cider. Alc. 12 % vol.
