Oliver's - Mulling Cider 2023

A lovely one for cold winter evenings, winter walks (especially from a Thermos), and that feeling of Christmas while putting up the Christmas decorations, or on Christmas eve!  

Our Mulled Cider is based on an old recipe; a style of mulling that dates back to Roman times, was highly prized in the Middle Ages, & includes such spices as mace, galangal & dash of black pepper! All you need to do is combine the cider & spice mix, heat, stir, & serve. 

This year we are thrilled to have a unique specially blended cider from Tom Oliver made from an assortment of bittersweet cider apples like Bisquet, Dabinett, Yarlington Mill and Collington Big Bitters. Tropical fruits and spicey figs on the nose with rich apple fruit, black tea and liquorice in the taste. Very full and tasty soft bittersweet cider. These flavours all enhanced and work beautifully with our specially spice mix.
