A combination of cider apple eau de vie with freshly pressed apple juice, old casks, and time. The result is about as complete a taste of orchard culture as you could ask for.

Drink after dinner with cheese, nuts and a dried apple, or before dinner with an ice cube and a dash of soda, Alc. 21.9% vol.
